I just wanted to thank you for all of your help putting together this event. The room was beautifully arranged. The food was excellent. And your staff were absolutely wonderful. They were all incredibly accommodating and so friendly. Everyone had a wonderful time and I couldn't be happier.

I look forward to planning events with you in the future and I will definitely suggest Sala San Marco to all of my friends.

On behalf of the Canadian Military Engineer Branch, I would like to express my appreciation to you and your staff for excellent service Sala San Marco provided to the 2012 CME National Capital Region Mess Dinner.

From the start of planning in September, Ms. Elena Morrison consistently maintained excellent communication with the event planners, and demonstrated a superb ability to meet the needs of this most formal military social event. Throughout the planning process, lead up preparation and even moments before the mess dinner itself, Mr. Habib Ghazal demonstrated outstanding energy, flexibility and professionalism in making the evening a resounding success. His service staff was hard working and cordial to all guests throughout the evening. Finally, please pass my compliments to Chef Giovanni Russo and your kitchen staff for the first-rate meal that was served during the event.

Once again, please extend my sincere thanks to all of your staff for their outstanding work during our mess dinner. Their efforts were fundamental to the overall success of the event.

Thank you both so much for all of your assistance and patience throughout an incredibly busy year of wedding preparations.  With the professionalism, courtesy and understanding you both displayed so regularly, it's no wonder that Sala San Marco has become the standard by which all other reception halls in Ottawa are measured.  The attention to detail paid by each of you as well as every one of your staff (especially Habib) was truly exceptional and did much to put our minds at ease during a very stressful time.

In addition, your willingness and determination to work hand in hand with our decorator (Eugenia of Details Ottawa) paid off in a big way as our guests could not stop commenting on how beautiful the hall was.  We can only hope that other couples will be able to experience the same exceptional quality of service that we did.
